Chloe Green has proved herself a legitimate high-heel enthusiast by creating her very own shoe collection. The sensational launch of her CJG designer line was held at The Arts Club in London. Including a shoe box photo booth and other dazzling decor additions, the event was everything one would expect of a born and raised Topshop heiress.
The Blouse Didn’t Fall Far From the Rack
Clearly pleased that Chloe is following in his fashion retail footsteps, Sir Phillip Green was visibly proud of his daughter, happy to share in her creative debut that is soon-to-be showcased in Topshop. Having built his fashion empire from the ground up, Sir Philip has groomed his 21 year old to be as business-savvy as he is. True to her retail roots, Chloe Green admitted in an interview that she is indeed very similar to her mogul-father. The Made in Chelsea star also jokingly made reference to how her mom, Rita, can’t take both of them in large dose; nicknaming them the ‘gruesome twosome’.
Coming from a highly-privileged background, Chloe Green’s shoe line was her contribution to her family’s accomplished retail legacy. Despite the piles of green behind her surname, Chloe insists that she is just a normal person. While the fastrack to an unbelievable shoe collection, high-profile celebrity friends and an endless supply of Topshop threads suggest otherwise, Chloe Green has shown that she’s willing to take initiative with her wealth of resources.
Highlights of Chloe’s shoe collection include the sky-high heels, wedge and peep-toe designs. She has credited her inspiration to Louboutin and the time she spent brainstorming with friends about the concept behind her collection. Green was looking to design something that filled a gap in the market; and while it’s not quite clear what that gap is, Chloe has definitely succeeded in creating eight beautiful pairs of shoes.
A Sparkly Addition to Topshops Storefront
With just two days pending the store-front debut of her very-high-heeled line of shoes, Chloe Green has taken to Twitter to vent her excitement. Quite the popular fashionista, Ms Green has received an endless stream of tweets from excited fans and friends, including celebrity Nicole Scherzinger. Not the only starlet to wish the Topshop heiress well, her close friend Kate Moss had given her nod of approval prior to Chloe’s exclusive launch event.
Pictures of Chloe Green from the shoe collection are a telling sign of how happy she is with her line. Her high-street friendly heels will retail between £80 and £210, living up to their tall expectation- perhaps too much according to Kate Moss.
