Katy Perry has changed her hair color again! And this time it is quite the moodiest dark purple! The ‘Part of Me’ singer flaunted her newest look adorned with manifold hair extensions on 13th April in the DETAILS@Midnight at Hennessy V.S. at Coachella. According to her hair colorist, Rita Hazan, she wanted more happening, nearly punk rock Goth air. Rita Hazan owns a salon by her name in NYC and has a range of hair products. She named the latest color of Katy Perry’s hair as ‘purple velvet’, which the hair stylist called dark and rich.
Just in early 2011, Katy Perry was wearing jet-black mane. The chic bubblegum pink hair color which was donned by the star since last October was too a creation of Rita Hazan, as is the latest Dark Purple. Perry launched with the new appearance two weeks following the end of her 14-months old married life with Russell Brand, which was on 30th December. Day before the party she tweeted taking a sigh of relief that she could take out time to change her hair color at last.
Reportedly Hazan also takes special care of Perry’s hair and supplies hair-protective potions to her from time to time to save them from the continuous color change.
While telling about the care, Hazan shared an ambiguous tip that Perry uses Rita Hazan Foaming Color Gloss for keeping the color vibrant and Hazan herself mixes the color with a special conditioner to use it every time she gets a hair wash.
Hazan complemented Perry that she loves making color for the star because she is well aware of how to rock the hair colors!
