So, their skills, knowledge, passion and creativity are incorporated in handmade products they make for you. Mass-produced items simply do not possess those qualities. When only one person manufactures your item, you can be sure it has been treated with a lot of care and, what is more important, your item has been individually inspected for any kind of defects.
