Born in 1974 in Essex, Victoria Beckham made music her ambition in 1980, at the age of six, and soon she was in Jason Theatre School and from 1991, she learned dancing and modeling in Laine Theatre Arts in Surrey. 1994 was the big year for her when she joined Spice Girls, becoming Posh Spice. The group was one of the most successful bands of the 1990s and Posh Spice fit the role perfectly, portraying a ‘cold image’ of her across media and fans. She might not have been very much liked but together, the Spice Girls sold over 75 million records worldwide.

She married David Beckham, Britain’s national hero in 1999 in Ireland. Their wedding ceremony was a opulent affair in Luttrellstown Castle outside Dublin. It was an extremely private ceremony but of course pictures did leak out. After the spice girls broke up, Posh continued a solo career in 2000, with albums ‘Out of Your Mind’ and ‘Mind of its Own’, and still being there in the Top Ten. 2000 was also the year Posh made her first appearance on the runway for Maria Grachvogel. In 2003, she joined hands with a denim label called Rock and republic and then broke off with her own Denim line in 2006. Much admired for her glasses, she also started an eye wear line in 2006, along with the Fragrance, Intimately Beckham. It was also in 2006 that she walked the runway for Robert Cavalli and started dressing in his clothes for quite a while.
